Sales Account Executive
SpotOn Productions, a Cincinnati-based corporate and commercial video production company, is seeking applicants for a ful-time Sales Account Executive. At SpotOn Productions, we specialize in creating bespoke videos tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of our clients. Our passionate team helps clients showcase their best through video solutions that address real business needs. This role wi l be responsible for growing SpotOn Productions’ revenue by:
- Effectively prospecting to develop new qualified leads
- Converting new leads into clients (closed deals)
- Growing business by creating repeat clients (existing & new clients)
To excel in this role, you should be a hunter with a compeling personality. You should possess the hunger to chase and close new business from cold cals and warm leads. We’re specificaly looking for candidates with a background in competitive sports, particularly those who have demonstrated leadership as team captains. The values of hustle, dedication, tenacity, grit, and commitment, along with a relentless drive for continuous improvement, are crucial for this role.

- Possess problem-solving ski ls to propose mutualy beneficial solutions
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office. and presentation software
- Work with a sales assistant to complete Statements of Work and Proposals

Preferred Background/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2+yearsof experience in service industry sales or sale of an intangible offering
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Experience using creativity in a hobby or job
- Competitive athletics (high school or colege)
Compensation
For qualified candidates, a base salary of $50,000 a year plus monthly commission. In addition to base pay and commission, compensation for the Sales Account Executive includes healthcare insurance, HSA contributions, and eight paid holidays plus paid time off.
