SpotOn Productions leaned into this by showing their employees engaging in their favorite outdoor adventure sport and interviewing them in those authentic environments as they talk about their role and why they’re a fit for Ulliman Schutte. The video, titled “Find Your Next Adventure,” tied into the outdoor adventure sports theme, creating a story that didn’t just talk about the job—it let viewers experience it firsthand from the people doing the job every day.
